Cancellation Policy

At Herbalance, we strive to provide a supportive and well-organized experience for every client. The following policies help ensure that appointments run smoothly and that each client receives the time and attention they deserve. Booking Appointments All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting Herbalance directly. Your appointment is considered confirmed once the booking is completed and any required payment has been successfully processed. Payment Some services may require payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the session or a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a missed appointment. Missed Appointments Appointments that are missed without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable. Future bookings may require full payment in advance. Virtual Sessions For online consultations, clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to the meeting platform. A session link will be provided before the appointment.
