Hi, I’m Karen, a nutritionist, fitness coach, and your go‑to girl for all things wellness, routines, and real‑life motivation. I’m here to help you build healthier habits, feel stronger in your body, and stay inspired in your everyday life.
I have dedicated the past six years to the field of nutrition. During this time, I have provided personalized online nutritional consultations and contributed to public health initiatives. In my role as a nutritionist, I have supported pregnant women, infants, and children, helping them build healthier habits and improve long‑term wellbeing. Today, my focus is on Women’s Nutrition, and I am proud to introduce my first project: HERBALANCE© 2025, a practice created specifically to promote women’s health and overall well-being.
My goal as a nutritionist is to continue growing and expanding my knowledge so I can reach more women around the world and fulfill my purpose: sharing health through nutrition.
My mission is to inspire awareness about the importance of healthy habits, not only to prevent disease but also to live a full and balanced life physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am passionate about learning, staying up to date, and evolving professionally to offer increasingly comprehensive and meaningful consultations. I dream of helping women transform their habits and contributing to a more conscious, balanced, and healthy world.
